We understand that out-of-warranty repairs and support may incur costs. If we have not signed a service contract with PSTEC, we agree that we will be billed for the service. The same applies to errors caused by improper operation or the submission of functional devices. Here the working time is billed at 99.00 euros per hour started for support via remote login.
Initial setup of rental devices is free of charge.
For on-site appointments, first an offer must be made, which must be accepted and paid for in advance.
